I want to arrive after the check-in time.

What should I do?
Any guests wanting to check in after reception hours close (11pm) should contact the hotel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival.

 

When possible we will try our best to accommodate. Any guests that arrive after this check-in time without informing the hotel either directly or by the booking agent could be charged an additional £10.00.

 

I want to arrive before the check-in time.

What should I do?

Any guests wanting to check in before the check-in period should notify the hotel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Early check-in requests can't always be fulfilled due to current guests staying and housekeeping procedures. If possible we will try our best to get your room ready for your arrival.

 

I want to receive a letter/item at your hotel for my arrival.

Guests should notify the hotel or head office as early as possible. Please note any expected letter/items sent to the hotel is at the guest's risk. 

 

Can I bring my pets?

In order for us to provide you with the best possible service, unfortunately, we no longer operate a Pet-friendly policy.

Is your large car park free to use?

Parking is certainly free for all staying guests and customers that have a reservation in the restaurant.

Is there public transport nearby?

Nearest bus stop is just opposite the hotel, Man Utd football ground train station within 5 min walking distance, while also a taxi to city centre is approximately £7~£8/

Policies 

Arrival: 
Guests must arrive between 3pm and 11pm (for a late arrival, or early check in, a £10 fee applicable).

Phone or desk bookings:

The full amount will be charged or in some circumstances a small deposit is required to secure bookings.

 

Proof of Identification:

Photo ID is required for any guests during the check-in procedure in order to confirm card holders details are genuine. 

Cancellations and No Shows:
Cancellations and changes on flexible bookings must be made 48 hours prior to arrival, otherwise you will be charged for your full stay. 

 

If card details are requested upon failure to authorise booking we must be contacted within 48 hours or your booking will be cancelled. If this falls on your arrival date, the room will only be held until 6pm.

 

Departure:
Check out is at 10am, please enquire if you require later checkout

 

Penalties:

Strictly no smoking within the hotel.

Any guests caught smoking may be expected to pay a fine.

 

Damages:

Damages incurred from guests will result in a  fine to compensate for losses, which will be charged by card or cash.

3rd Party Payment Form:

As a measure to prevent fraud, if the cardholder is paying for a 3rd party guest, please ensure that the form available below is filled and signed by the cardholder, sent to the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
